1. We hope that customers are satisfied with the PRAMY products they purchased. Products ordered on this website can be returned or exchanged unconditionally within 7 days from the date of receipt if any of the following situations occurs upon receipt of the goods:
(1) Damage, stains or other quality problems are found upon receipt of the goods;
(2) The wrong product has been sent by us;
(3) The goods are found to be expired on receipt.
In case of the above, please record relevant information by taking pictures, including a picture of the delivery form on the package, and report the problem to customer service for confirmation in time. We will refund the purchase price and bear the freight incurred due to return or exchange.
2. Customers who order a product on this website and wish to return or replace it for personal reasons (e.g., “I didn’t like it,” or “I ordered the wrong product”) after receiving the goods can apply for a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
(1) The returned product is in its original packaging and has not been used, not affecting future sale;
(2) The product must be returned in the same box as when they were received.
In case of the above, we will refund the purchase price, but the customer must bear the shipping cost caused by the return or replacement. If the product is returned to the warehouse and found opened, we will reject it or refuse to return or replace it.
3. We only accept return and exchange of products sold through this website. For any product purchased through channels other than this website, please contact the original place of purchase to negotiate a return or replacement.
